CHING A LING CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom sup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
2 med. or 1 lg. cans of chow mein noodles

Brown meat, onions, and celery. Drain off fat. Combine water, soups, and meat mixture. Stir in chow mein noodles. Place in casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
