YUMMY CORN SOUP | |
1/3 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. butter 3 med. potatoes, peeled & diced 1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef, shredded 1 (16 oz.) can cream corn 1 c. whole milk 1/2 tsp. salt Cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. Add potatoes, beef and 1 cup water; cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in creamed corn and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Return to a boil. Makes 4 bowls. |
