WILD RICE CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice (original long grain and wild)
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1 c. half and half cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/3 c. diced pimento
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Cook rice and seasoning according to package. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onions and cook. Add flour, salt and pepper. Make a white sauce by adding cream and chicken broth. Cook until thick. Stir in chicken, rice and other ingredients. Pour into 2 quart greased casserole. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. 6-8 servings.
