CHICKEN SUPREME WITH RICE 
3 c. cooked rice
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked, cut up into sm. pieces
5-6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Layer above ingredients in order in a flat casserole dish twice.

SAUCE:

1/4 tsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream soup (chicken or mushroom as desired)
1/2 soup can milk
1 c. mayonnaise (NOT salad dressing)

Mix sauce and pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Add garnish of can of french fried onion rings and bake another 10 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
