COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Deluxe II white cake mix
3/4 c. Crisco oil
3 whole eggs
1 (8 oz.) can imitation sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut

Mix until smooth. Bake in three 8 inch layer pans at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Remove and cool on racks.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
4 tsp. milk

Combine cheese and butter. Add sugar a little at a time and add milk.
