FANTASTIC COCONUT CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines Deluxe II white cake mix

Bake in 2 round layers. Cool completely, then split layers making 4 layers. Mix the icing below (no cooking) :

2 c. white granulated sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 pkgs. frozen fresh coconut

This makes exactly 4 cups. Pour one cup on top of each layer. Do not ice sides. Put in Tupperware cake thing and refrigerate for two days.
