8 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. cayenne pepper
5 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
6 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. onion powder
6 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
2 1/2 tbsp. dried thyme

Combine all ingredients and store in an air tight container.

Note: This rub can be used on any kind of meat roast. Just rub in as much as you want to use. Also good on chicken.
