VEGETABLE BAKE 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. green beans
1 c. cooked cauliflower
1 c. cooked carrots
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. cooked potatoes, diced

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. Parmesan
1/2 c. crumbled corn flakes

Combine vegetables, cheddar, and soup in casserole. Mix together topping ingredients, sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
