VEGETABLE CHEESE BAKE 
1 bag frozen broccoli or cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 - 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Cook and drain vegetable. Place in greased 9"x9" baking dish. Blend soup, milk, cheese and pour over vegetable. Melt butter, add bread crumbs and sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
