VEGETABLE BAKE 
2 c. carrots
2 c. broccoli
2 c. cauliflower
1 can Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Celery soup, mixed with milk
1/2 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese
Crushed Ritz crackers

Steam the three vegetables for five minutes. Mix soup with can of milk. Melt the butter and mix into soup-milk mixture. Spread vegetables and soup into flat baking pan and top with the grated cheese and crushed Ritz crackers. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
