STUFFED PEPPERS 
4-6 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
2 c. cooked rice

Clean peppers and cut in half. Brown ground beef in skillet, then drain. Mix beef, spaghetti sauce and rice in large bowl. Fill peppers with stuffing and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until peppers feel done.
