30-MINUTE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. boneless round steak
Instant meat tenderizer
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 bell green peppers, diced
2 bell red pepper, diced
1 c. canned beef broth
2 tbsp. bottle steak sauce
Thin spaghetti or linguine

Sprinkle steak with meat tenderizer according to package directions. Sprinkle a large frying pan with salt, lightly and heat. With a paper towel gently pat moisture from steak. Cook steak in pan about 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add oil to heated skillet and saute onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add peppers and saute for about 3 minutes more. Add beef broth and steak sauce, stirring constantly. Cook one more minute. Carve steak into thin diagonal slices and return to pan tossing lightly with vegetables and sauce. Serve over linguine or thin spaghetti. 4 servings.
