SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
2 c. old-fashioned oats
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

Sauce:

2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. vinegar

Combine the first 10 ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in a single layer in a baking pan.

Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Yields 9 dozen.
