SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 lb. sausage
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. onions
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into small balls and place on baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not over cook!

Sauce:

1 c. ketchup
1 c. jelly

Mix well. Heat to melt jelly and stir with whisk. Pour over meat balls and simmer on low for 2 to 4 hours.
