SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1/2 tube saltine crackers
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 small onion, chopped
garlic salt and pepper to taste
oil
1 jar Heinz chili sauce
1 jar currant jelly

Crush crackers. In a large bowl, mix the meat, onions, crushed crackers and seasonings. Shape into meatballs. Fry in oil until done. Remove and drain off excess oil. Over low heat, stir chili sauce and currant jelly until well blended. Return meatballs to sauce and heat thoroughly. Serve warm over rice or noodles.
