MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD WITH
DRESSING
 
1/2 c. wine or apple cider vinegar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
4 dashes red pepper sauce
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. sugar
1 head iceburg lettuce, ripped
1 head romaine lettuce, ripped
4 stalks celery, chopped
4 scallions, chopped
8 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. candied pecans or walnuts

Shake together in a jar the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper sauce, parsley and sugar; store in refrigerator. Clean remaining ingredients, toss together and toss with dressing. Serves 4.
