FIESTA MEXICAN PIE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. chopped tomato
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornmeal

Brown meat; drain. Add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender. Add 1/2 of Cheez Whiz and chili powder, stir over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in tomato. Combine remaining cheese, eggs, flour, salt, and milk; beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate; sprinkle with cornmeal. Spoon meat mixture over batter to within 1 inch of edge. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
