MEXICAN FIESTA SALAD 
1/2 med. head lettuce, torn bite size
1 (6 1/2-7 oz.) can tuna, drained, or other meat
1/2 c. sliced pitted olives
1 c. corn chips
2 tomatoes, wedges
1/4 c. chopped green onion

1/2 c. mashed avocado
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Add to above salad and top with grated cheese.
