3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped cucumber
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 hard cooked eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 1/2 qts. torn assorted greens
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans flaked tuna, drained

Mix salad dressing, sour cream, cucumbers, onion chopped, egg whites and dill weed. Chill. For each serving, top assorted greens with tuna, dressing and sieved egg yolk.

Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: 30 minutes, plus chilling.
