FIESTA MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. tomato sauce or chopped tomatoes
2 eggs
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornmeal

Brown meat; drain. Add onions and peppers and cook until tender. Add half of Cheez Whiz and chili powder. Stir over low heat until melted. Stir in tomato. Combine remaining Cheez Whiz, eggs, flour, salt, and milk. Beat until smooth. Pour in greased 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Spoon the meat mixture over the batter to within 1 inch of edge. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
