SICILIAN MEAT ROLL 
3 lbs. hamburg
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 slices Provolone cheese
4 slices ham

Mix hamburg, sauce and bread crumbs; press the hamburg mixture out to about 8x12 inches. Lay ham and cheese over pressed hamburg mixture.

Roll mixture up so the ham and cheese are in the center; close the ends. Place in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. You may substitute as desired. You can use pepperoni, salami, Mozzarella, etc. to your own tastes.
