1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Vanilla wafers, crushed
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Cover bottom of 9"x13" pan. Cover crumbs with 1/2" of ice cream. Beat egg whites, sugar and strawberries for 15 minutes. Cover ice cream with strawberry mixture. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Keep in freezer.
