FROSTED APRICOT COOKIES 
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Apricot Frosting (below)

350 degree oven. Mix preserves, sugar, butter and cream cheese. Stir in baking mix and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set and light golden brown about 12 minutes. Cool and frost, about 3 dozen cookies.

Apricot Frosting: Mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup apricot preserves and 1 tablespoon butter, softened. Watch them disappear!
