STRAWBERRY SHAKE-UPS | |
1/2 c. lowfat milk 1 c. fresh strawberries, cut in half 1/2 c. lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt 1/4 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix at high speed for 2 minutes, until creamy and frothy. Pour into tall glasses and sip away! Makes 2 servings. |
