STRAWBERRY-PEAR SHAKE 
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced and frozen
1 med. size ripe pear, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 cups (148 calories [8% from fat] per 1 cup serving).

5.7g protein, 1.4g fat (0.6g saturated, 0.3g monounsaturated, 0.2g polyunsaturated), 30.3g carbohydrate, 4g fiber, 4mg cholesterol, 70 mg sodium, and 192mg calcium.
