STRAWBERRY-PEAR SHAKE | |
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced and frozen 1 med. size ripe pear, peeled and coarsely chopped 1/2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt 1/2 c. skim milk 1 tsp. sugar Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
