STRAWBERRY-BANANA SHAKE 
2 c. fresh strawberries
2 c. nonfat buttermilk
1 sm. ripe banana, sliced (1/2 c.)
3 tbsp. honey

Wash and cap strawberries; drain well. Place a single layer of strawberries in a shallow pan; freeze.

Combine remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender. Process until smooth. Slowly add frozen strawberries; process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 1/2 cups; 59 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
