3/4 c. creamy or chunk style peanut butter
2 tbsp. honey
4 hot dog buns, split
2 sm. bananas
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In a small mixing bowl, stir peanut butter and honey together with spatula. Spread mixture evenly on the four buns.

Peel bananas and cut in half (top to bottom). Brush bananas with lemon juice using a pastry brush (this helps bananas from turning brown). Place one banana half into each hot dog bun. Makes 4 sandwiches.
