1 lb. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 box vanilla wafers
5 med. bananas, peeled and sliced

Combine sugar, flour, milk, vanilla, and egg yolks in double boiler and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and let cool. In large casserole dish, layer vanilla wafers, pudding, and bananas, finishing with pudding. Top with beaten egg whites, brown topping in oven; serve.
