CHERRY CRANBERRY HOLIDAY SALAD 
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped apples
1 can dark sweet (bing) cherries
1 lg. pkg. (6 oz.) cherry Jello
Dash of salt

Juice from cherries and enough water to make 2 cups of liquid in which Jello is dissolved. Let Jello stiffen partially and mix in other ingredients. Place in ring mold or any favorite mold (6 1/2 cup size). Serves 8-10.
