HEAVENLY HOLIDAY SALAD | |
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice 4 oz. cream cheese, allow to soften 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1/2 pt. whipping cream Bring pineapple juice to a boil and add gelatin. When gelatin is dissolved, add cream cheese. Cool. Add whipped cream and drained pineapple. Fold into gelatin mixture. Add pecans. Pour into bowl and let stand in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Stir so all is mixed well, then transfer into desired mold. |
