HEAVENLY HOLIDAY SALAD | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice 4 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped 1 sm. flat can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. chopped pecans Bring juice to boil; dissolve Jello in juice. Let cool. Cream the cream cheese until soft, adding drained pineapple and pecans. Pour juice and Jello into cheese mixture and mix well. Lightly fold in whipped cream. Pour into bowl or mold and chill. |
