SIMPLE BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 1/2 lb. chicken, cooked and diced (breasts, whole chicken, etc.) 1 (16 oz.) pkg. extra wide noodles (I use Mueller's) 6 (10 oz. ea.) cans broccoli cheese soup (Campbell's when on sale) 3 bunches of broccoli granulated garlic (or powder), for sprinkling Bake the chicken and then cut into bite size pieces. Steam the broccoli. Cook the noodles and drain. In a large casserole dish, mix noodles, soups then add the broccoli. Add the diced chicken last. Mix up all the ingredients good. Note: Sprinkle garlic each time you add an ingredient. Bake at 350°F for about an hour so that the soup cooks into the noodles to flavor it. Submitted by: Connie |
