EASY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 full cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded American or Velveeta cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs, for topping

Cook broccoli for five minutes and drain. Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased casserole dish. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
