HOT DOG HASH 
3 tbsp. butter
3 med. potatoes, diced
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 lb. frankfurters, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook potatoes, green pepper and onion until lightly browned and tender, stirring occasionally. Add frankfurters, salt and paprika; heat through, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
