TEXAS HOT HASH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. thinly sliced onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes with juice
2 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato puree
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper

Brown hamburger, onions and pepper; drain well. Add tomatoes, rice, tomato puree, salt and pepper. Pour into crock pot. Heat on low 30 minutes.
