SWEET 'N SOUR CHICKEN 
1 bottle Red Russian salad dressing
1 jar pineapple apricot jam
1 env. onion soup mix

Cut up and wash chicken. Place in a 9"x13" pan. In a bowl mix all 3 ingredients together. Simply pour it over the chicken and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours at 375 degrees for 1 hour. The sauce is great over a baked potato too.
