DEVILED CRAB 
2 lbs. crab meat
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 c. cream (evaporated milk may be substituted)
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. pepper
4 egg whites, beaten stiff

Mix crab meat, egg yolks, butter, baking powder and seasonings. Soak cracker crumbs in cream or evaporated milk and add to mixture. Fold in egg whites. Place mixture in shells or custard cups. Cover with cracker crumbs and bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 39 minutes.
