DEVILED CRAB 
2 lbs. Dungeness crab meat
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. finely diced celery
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 lg. plus 4 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. cream or whole milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the crab meat in cold water; drain and combine with the cracker crumbs, celery, and onion. Add melted butter and cream.

Season with mustard, salt, cayenne, parsley, green pepper, and hot sauce. Mix thoroughly and bake in a covered casserole for about 30 minutes.
