2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops
1 pkg. Ranch mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
rice

Cook pork chops in skillet with oil until brown. Add soup, milk and 1/2 package Ranch mix. Heat to a boil; reduce heat and cover. Cook over low heat until done. Add remaining half of Ranch mix to water with rice for a side dish.
