PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. long grain rice
1 (6 oz.) box long grain & wild rice (Uncle Bens)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans water
6-8 pork chops, 1" thick

Combine soups and water. Add rices. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Place pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

6-8 chicken breasts may be substituted for the pork chops. Use cream of chicken soup instead of the cream of mushroom, if desired.
