SAUERKRAUT AND WIENERS 
1/4 c. butter
1 minced onion
1 #2 1/2 can sauerkraut
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 to 2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 lb. franks

In hot butter in saucepan, cook onion until tender. Stir in sauerkraut, tomato juice, honey and caraway seed. Cook, covered, 15 minutes longer. To serve, place in serving dish, arranging franks on top of sauerkraut.
