PEACH PUNCH | |
2 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello 2 c. hot water 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade 4 lemonade cans water 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice 1 (46 oz.) can Hi-C peach drink (may substitute apricot nectar) 1 qt. Nehi peach soda Mix sugar and 1 cup water and boil. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add to sugar syrup mixture. Add lemonade, water, pineapple juice and peach and freeze for about 12 hours. Set out to thaw about 6 hours before use. Stir before serving. (Should be slushy.) Add peach soda just before serving. NOTE: Make a ring from the punch mixture instead of water to keep from diluting punch. Just pour punch mixture (before adding peach soda) into a ring mold or bundt cake pan. Freeze solid. (Or use peach soda for the ring.) This punch is very sweet, you may want to use only 1 cup of sugar. |
