1 c. frozen unsweetened peach slices
1 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 c. peach Schnapps
1 (6 oz.) can frozen strawberry daiquiri mix concentrate
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. vodka or rum
3 c. ice cubes
1 (28 oz.) bottle carbonated water, chilled
Whole strawberries, optional

In a large mixing bowl stir together peaches. Frozen strawberries, Schnapps, daiquiri mix concentrate, orange juice concentrate and vodka or rum. Place half this mixture in a blender. Cover and blend until combined, add half the ice cubes. Cover and blend until slushy. Pour into a 2 quart pitcher. Add half the carbonated water. Repeat with remaining fruit mixture, ice cubes and carbonated water in a second pitcher. Garnish with fresh strawberries; serve immediately. 10 (8 ounce) servings.
