2 med. size cans sliced beets
1 med. size cans sliced pineapple (cut up)
1 med. size can fruit cocktail

Drain juices from cocktail and pineapple. To juices add 2/3 cup orange juice, 3 tablespoons vinegar and salt to taste. Heat to boiling point. Thicken with 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Use beet juice to the cornstarch ready to thicken juices. Add the fruit and beets. Equally good hot or cold.
