2 pts. canned beets
1/2 c. raisins

Drain beets and use liquid for sauce mixture.

SAUCE MIXTURE:

2 or 3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 - 1/2 c. brown sugar
Salt
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. pineapple chunks & juice

Combine all the above ingredients in a saucepan. Cook on low until thickened, then add beets and 1/2 cup raisins. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
