1 lb. can or pt. beets, sliced, chunks or sm. whole, drain off liquid

Heat 3/4 cup vinegar to boiling, remove from heat, add 11 packets of Equal and stir until dissolved. Pour into refrigerator container, cool and refrigerate several hours before serving.
