SUGAR BEET BREAD 
3 eggs
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Add:

1 c. canned sliced beets, drained and chopped
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first five ingredients. Add beets and pineapple.

Mix together dry ingredients. Bake 350°F 1 hour.

Makes 3 small loaves.

Cool about 10 minutes before removing from pan.
