1 lg. sack Mr. Dell's shredded hash browns
1 stick butter
2 pts. whipping cream
Parmesan cheese
1 can onion rings

Place "shredded" hash browns (not cubed) in 9"x12" Pyrex pan or casserole of choice. Heat whipping cream until butter melts. Pour over hash browns. Cover with Parmesan cheese and onion rings and bake until done at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered. Our family's favorite request.
