2 lb. frozen hash browns, defrosted 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter 2 tsp. salt 1 c. onion, chopped 8 oz. sour cream 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 small can dried onion rings Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with onion rings on top. Bake for 1 hour. Optional topping may be made of 2 cups crushed corn flakes, Ritz crackers or bread crumbs with 1/4 cup of melted butter. |
