DELUXE MASHED POTATOES 
4 to 5 large potatoes
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. butter
paprika
Cheddar cheese

Peel and cube the potatoes. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook until tender; drain. Mash until smooth. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Yields 4 to 6 servings.
